Folded leaves of genealogical tables included in pagination and registration. In two parts. Part II has a separate titlepage dated 1801. With a list of subscribers. Title page to book V has the author statement "By Thomas Dunham Whitaker, LL.D." and is dated M,D,CCCI [1801]. 8 Illustrations "drawn by Wm. Turner, engraved by James Basire"; 2 folded plates from drawings by W. M. Craig. Title page to book V is bound in at front of Queen's copy.
