This dividend document has been printed on paper with an engraved headpiece. The headpiece is the engraved coat of arms of the Habsburgian Emperors. Several sections of the document have been filled in by hand, and there is a signature near the bottom.

Part Transcription: ""Folio. [blank]. Ick onderschreve bekenne ontfanghen te hebben van Joan B: Cogels Junior Caffier van de generale Keyferlijcke Indische Compagnie de somme van [blank] ... Actien die ick in de selve Compgnie ben hebbende op mijen Naem Actum [blank]. gls. [blank]."
