Abstract
This banknote has been engraved on watermarked paper, and it has two embossed seals. The seals depict a winged male figure, and a female figure holding a scale to represent justice. Below the seals on the bottom edge of the eight sided border, are illustrations of both the male figure holding a book of human rights, and the female figure holding the scale. The border also contains warnings for behaviour the nation either condemns or rewards.
