Abstract
This share has been engraved on watermarked paper in blue, green, and black ink. The left half of the certificate is in English, and the right half is in Japanese. There are three red stamps visible, and one section has been fille dout by hand. The shares are unassigned. On the verso side, there are red and purple stamps, with some sections that have been filled out by hand.

Part Transcription: "K. No. 174. Share certificate of Gosho Kabushiki Kaisha. Establishment registeres on the 15th January, 6th year of Taisho (1917). ... Given this 15th day of February, 9th year of Taisho (1920). Gosho Kabushiki Kaisha. [blank] President."
