This bond has been engraved in green and blue ink, with text printed on top in black ink. There is a thick, decorative border, and several signatures visible near the bottom. A red stamp is present in the top left corner, and there are two rectangular stamps near the bottom. One side is in French, and the other side is English. There is a decorative side piece that has been cut in a waved line on the left edge for security purposes. There is a sidepiece on the right edge that begins the coupon section folded to the verso side. The verso side is mainly text, and has been engraved in blue ink. The sheet of coupons folded to the verso side have been engraved in green and blue ink with black text printed on top. Several coupons have been removed.

Part Transcription: "Lung-Tsing-U-Haï. Gouvernement de la Rublique Chinoise Emprunt 5% or de 1913 / Government of the Chinese Republic 5% Gold Loan of 1913. ... Bruxelles le 1er Janvier 1913. Cie Gle Chemins de Fer et de Tramways en Chine, Pté. Amé. [blank] Agent."
