This bond has been engraved in brown and yellow ink on watermarked paper, with text printed on top in black ink. There is a thick, decorative border, and there are several signatures visible near the bottom. Three scenic vignettes are in the left, right, and bottom sides of the border. The verso side is blank. The sheet of coupons have been folded toward the verso side and engraved in brown and yellow ink with black text printed on top, and a red stamp on each. Several coupons have been removed.
