This bond has been engraved in green ink, with text printed on top in black ink. There is a thick, decorative border, and there are several signatures visible near the bottom. There is a pink stamp to the left, a blue stamp in the top left corner, and a black stamp in the top right corner. The left edge is perforated, and the sheet of coupons have ben folded toward the verso side. The verso side is mainly text, and has been engraved in green ink. The sheet of coupons have been engraved in green ink with black text printed on top. Several coupons have been removed.

Part Transcription: "Gouvernement de la République Chinoise Bon du Tresor 8% de 1921 Chemin de Fer Lung-Tsing-U-Haï. ... La Compagnie Générale de Chemins de Fer et de Tramways en Chine le Délegué [blank]."
