This bond has been engraved in blue, green, and red ink, with text printed on top in blue ink. There is a thick, decorative border, with a scenic vignette in the top edge of the border. Several signatures are visible near the bottom. A brown stamp is present in the center, with a black stamp below it. There is an embossed stamp in the top right corner, and there are two rectangular stamps near the bottom. There is a sidepiece printed perpendicular to the main text on the left side. The verso side is mainly blank, with some text printed in black ink. A sheet of coupons have been folded toward the verso side, the coupons have been engraved in green and red ink with blue text printed on top. Several coupons have been removed.
