In two parts, each with separate title page, register and pagination. The first part has title "A discoverie of certaine errours ..." with imprint "London printed by J. Betthenham, for James Woodman, 1723";
the second part has title: "A second discoverie of errours ..." with imprint "London, Printed for James Woodman, 1723.",
Part 1 includes "Mr. Camden's answer to Ralphe Brooke" (half-title)--on p. 1-32 (5th sequence), and "Iohn Leyland's new yeeres gyft (caption title) on p. [1]-[8] following.
Part 2 includes "Mr. Brooke's reply" (p. 7) which has caption title "Yorke's reply to Mr. Camdens untitled apologie ad lectorem" and an "Appendix" listing errors in Camden's 1594 and 1600 editions of "Britannia.",
The two parts were also issued separately, Part 1 (ESTC T144033)--in 1723, and Part 2 (T144032) in 1724,
