Colophon: Imprinted at London by Henry Bynneman, dvvelling in Knight-Riders Streete, at the signe of the Mermayde. Anno. 1572. And are to be sold at his shop at the northwest dore of Poules Church, at the sign of the three Welles.

Black letter with some Roman. Title within typographical border, large woodcut devices on the title-page verso and final leaf, woodcut initials and tailpieces.
Page [94] at end blank.
Binding: 18th-century limp vellum in a contemporary style. Fore-margins cut close, trimming some marginal index words.
