Abstract
This loan has been printed on paper with an engraved headpiece. The headpiece is the engraved coat of arms of the Habsburgian Emperors. Several sections of the document have been filled in by hand, and there is a signature near the bottom.

Part Transcription: "Folio: [blank]. Ontfangen by my ondergeschreven van de weduwe van Joan Baptista Cogels Caffiere vande Generale Keyferlycke Indische Compagnie, de somme van [blank] ... Actum in Antwerpen [blank]. gls. [blank]."
