This certificate has been engraved on paper in brown and blue ink, with a decorative border and background. Several sections have been filled in with red or purple stamps. On a section that has been folded under, there is more text, and a short section wirtten by hand in purple ink. On this folded section there is also a red paper stamp, and a black stamp. There is a sidepiece that has been cut into on the right edge.
