Abstract
This bond has been engraved in red ink, with text printed on top in black ink. There is a thick, decorative border, and there are several signatures visible near the bottom that have holes punched in them. There is a purple stamp in the top left corner, and a red stamp on the right side. Three scenic vignettes are near the top. There is a decorative headpiece that has been cut in a waved pattern for secuity reasons on the top edge. The verso side is mainly text, and has been engraved in red ink. The sheet of coupons at the bottom have been engraved in red ink with black text printed on top. Several coupons have been removed.
