This bond has been engraved in blue ink, with text printed on top in black ink. There is a thick, decorative border, and several signatures visible near the bottom. There is a blue stamp and a black stamp in the top right corner, and there is a purple stamp near the bottom. There is a vignette of a train at the top. There is a sidepiece on the left edge that has been cut in a waved line for security purposes. The verso side is mainly text with half in French and half in English, and it has been engraved in blue ink. A sheet of coupons are folded toward the verso side along the bottom edge, and the coupons have been engraved in blue ink with black text printed on top. A coupon has been reattached with tape.
