This bond has been engraved in pink and yellow ink, with text printed on top in black ink. There is a thick, decorative border, and there are several signatures visible near the bottom. There is an orange stamp in the center, a red stamp near the bottom, and a black stamp to the lower right corner. The left edge has been cut along a decorative sidepiece in a waved pattern for security purposes. The verso side is mainly text, and has been printed in black ink. The sheet of coupons is folded toward the verso side, and they have been engraved in yellow ink with black text printed on top. Several coupons have been removed.
