With an additional title page, engraved and signed "G. Glo: inu: fecit", with imprint "London printed for Michaell Sparke, and Samuell. Cartwright. 1635."
Numerous errors in pagination; actual pagination calculated from signature collation.

The verses on verso of first leaf occur in two settings, one with two states: signed (1) "F[rancis]. Q[uarles].", or (2a) "M[ichael]. S[parke]." or (2b) unsigned.
P. 905 bears a map of New Spain, a duplicate of that on p. 907. A map of Virginia, printed after the book was issued, is intended to be pasted over it.
A variant of the edition which has Samuel Cartwright's name in the letterpress title page imprint.
Inprimatur at foot of 4O2v reads: "Decemb. 19. 1633. Recensui hanc Anglicanam versionem Atlantis Minoris a Ioan. Mercator Belgico olim Latinè editam, qui quidem liber continet Fol 772. aut circiter, in quibus nihil reperio sanæ doctrinæ aut bonis moribus contrarium, quo minus cum utilitate publica Imprimatur; ita tamen ut si non intra biennium typis mandetur, hæc licentia sit omnino irrita. Guilielmus Haywood Archiep. Cant. Capellanus Domest."
"The meaning of the frontispiece" signed "M. S."; one extra unsigned leaf bound after a4, reading in part "VVhy many new atlasses are printed. ..." and signed, "P. W."; duplicate map on p. 905 as issued; map of "The county of Mamurcium" pasted to ²V4r; map of Campania pasted to 2C6r; folded map of Ægypt pasted to 4A1v; without the folding plate.
