Transcription:
London, the 6th day of May 1752 Received of Robert Hadsley Esq the sum of twelve hundred and fifty seven pounds and ten shillings in full for one thousand pounds. Credit or interest in the capital stock of the million-bank, this day by me to him transferred in the books of the said bank, witness
