No. 49 By virtue of an act of parliament made in the seventh year of his present majesties reign entitled an act for making the rivers Mercy and Irwell navigable from Liverpool to Manchester in the county palatine of Lancaster and by virtue and in pursuante of certain powers to us rescued and given in and by certain indenture bearing date the twenty seventh day of February last past and made for the better ordering managing and carrying of the navigation in the said at mentioned. This is to entitle you [illegible] of [illegible] your [illegible] [illegible]administrators and assignes to one full and small part and share (the whole being divided into two hundred equal parts of share) of the said navigation and of all ones singular the took benefit profits and advantages [illegible] shall or may arise on grow therefrom you being subject nevertheless to the [illegible] clauses conditions and agreement in the aforesaid reliedintentioned mentioned and contained and paying and performing according to the orders and appointments from time to time to be made in a pursuante hereof given under our bands and seal this tenth day of June anno domini 1724
