A share for 250 pesos, engraved on paper in a bifolium. Two pages of the bifolium are blank, one has a note wriitn by hand, and one has an engraved certificate on it. The engraved page has a think border of classical geometric patterning with a decorative design in the center on the top and bottom borders. Inside this engraved border is the main text, there are spaces throughout where it has been filled in by hand. There are several signatures visible.

Part Transcription: "Num. [blank]. Accion de la Real Compan͠ia de la Habana: Interesa en effa accion [blank] por la cantidad de 250 pesos de a 128 quartos, que corresponde a fondo capital de 9000 pesos de la misma moneda, declarado por S.M. para la enunciada Compan͠ia ... Madrid [blank] de [blank] de [blank]. [blank] Presidente. [blank} Vocal. [blank] Vocal. Tomó la Razon el Contador [blank]. [blank] Secretario."
