This share for 900 reales has been printed on paper and there is a small hole warn into the center of the document. The share is bordered on three sides with a simple decorative pattern, the bottom edge has no border. There is a printed seal at the top in the center of the document, and there is a factotem in both the top right and top left corners. One factotem contains the written share number, the other contains a written number as well. The main body of text has been filled in by hand in some areas, and there are several visible signatures.

Part Transcription: "N. [blank] F. [blank]. [blank] continuado en las pagas que eftà obligado hazer, por la Accion que tiene en efta Compan͠ia de las Reales Minas de Guadalcanal, &c. Madrid à [blank] de [blank] de 1727. [blank] Tomò la Razon [blank]."
