A share that has been engraved on parchment. This document has a decorative border on three sides, with the bottom side bearing a humourous illustration of a wealthy man being distracted by one rogue as another picks his pockets. The main text of the document has severla spaces that have been filled in by hand. Several signatures are visible at the bottom. In the center of the border along the top is the coat of arms for the Minas de Cazalla y Guadalcanal. On the verso side, the document has been engraved with a simple border and translated to German. The verso side has not been written on by hand.

Part Transcription: "Minas de Cazalla y Guadalcanal. En virtud de la Real Cedula y Privilegio que J.M. se ha dignado conceder con fecha de 25 de Abril de 1795 á Don Juan Martin Hoppensak Tomada la razon en el Libro de Acciones [blank]. No. [blank] fol. [blank]. No. [blank]. "
