This share has been engraved on watermarked paper, and has a coat of arms in the center at the top. The certificate is bordered by three parallel lines on three sides, and the left edge is bordered by the name of the company that runs perpendicular to the main body of text, the left edge has been cut in a straight line through the company name. The share number has been filled out by hand, along with another few words, and there are three signatures near the bottom. On the verso side, there is a transfer note dated 1792.

Part Transcription: "Mines de Charbon de Terre du Bourbonnois. Exploitées en vertu d'Arrêts du Conseil d'Etat du Roi da 4 mara 1770 er 9 de pareil moia 1784, et autres concessiona particuliera. ... l'Act du huit du présent mois étant au bas, et autres pieces y jointes dont le Porteur a pris connoissance, à Paris ce 12 9bre. 1786. [blank]."
