Abstract
This certificate has been printed on paper and cropped on the left side and the bottom. There is a medallion vignette near the bottom in the center, and the certificate is bordered by two small parallel lines. The certificate has been filled in by hand in several places, and signed near the bottom. On the verso side there are notes written by hand, and a red stamp.

Part Transcription: "Seconde Société. Actions de La Caisse d'Épargnes et de Bienfaisance. Actions de quatre-vingt-dix liv chacune, Actions de 90 liv. chacune. ... Les Actions prises sur les tétes de Geneve ne sont pas soumises à cette formalité de visa."
