This document has been printed on wartermarked paper in a bifolium, and it has an additional parchment leaf sewn in. There is a stamp on the first page of the bifolium, which is mainly printed text with a few sections filled in by hand. The other two pages of the bifolium also have sections filled in by hand, and several signatures. The final page is blank. The inserted parchement leaf has sections filled in by hand on the recto side and the verso side.

Part Transcription: "Rentes Viagéres sue deux Têtes à 8 pour cent. Édit de Novembre 1758. ... Promettant, &c. obligeant, &c. esdits noms, renconcant, &c. Fait & passé au bureau de l'Hôtel de ville, l'an mil sept cent cinquante ['cinquante' has been crossed out by hand] [blank] le [blank] jpour d[blank] a [blank] midi. Et ont signé. [blank]."
