This document has been printed on wartermarked paper in a bifolium, and it has an additional parchment leaf sewn in. There is a stamp on the third page of the bifolium, which is mainly printed text with a few sections filled in by hand. The first two pages of the bifolium also have sections filled in by hand, and several signatures. The final page has been written on and signed, and there is no printed text. The inserted parchement leaf has sections filled in by hand on the recto side, and a note written by hand on the verso side.

Part Transcription: "Pardevant les Conseillors du Roy, Notaires Gardenotes & Gardesscel de sa Majesté au Chastelet de Paris, soussignez. ... Fait & passé à Paris au Bureau de l'Hostel de cette Ville, l'an mil sept cens [blank] le [blank] jour de [blank] avant midy: & ont signé. [blank]."
