This bond has been engraved in red ink, with text printed on top in black ink. There is a thick, monumental border, and several signatures visible near the bottom. A black stamp is present in the bottom left corner, an embossed stamp is present on the left side, and there is a rectangular stamp near the bottom. The verso side is mainly text, and there is a signature at the bottom. Two coupons have been attached to the verso side with tape. The coupons have also been engraved in red ink with black text printed on top. There is an embossed stamp on the coupons.

Part Transcription: "Gouvernement Impérial de Chine, Emprunt Chinois, 5% or 1903 ... Vu pour controle: Par délégation de la Compagnie Générale de Chemins de fer et de Tramways en Chine, [blank]. Pour le Gouvernement Impérial de Chinois: Le Ministre Plénipotentiaire de Chine à Bruxelles, [blank]."
