This document has been printed on parchment with a fine border on three sides, and an engraved section including illustrations. In the engraved section in the center at the top, there is one vigenette of a woman and one of a man. Below these vignettes is an engraved cartouche that contains the title of the document inside a decorative frame. The main body of text is printed, and there are spaces that have been filled in by hand. There are several signatures visible at the bottom, and there is a note written by hand and signed on the verso side.

Part Transcription: "Don Joseph Mar apoderado de los indivin͠os, interesados en la comcio, que bajo la protection y San Francisco de Asis Madrid doce de Febrero de mil setecientos setenta y tres [blank]."
