This share has been printed on paper in a bifolium, and several sections have been filled in by hand. One page has the printed share certificate accompanied by writing and signatures, the two inner pages contain hand written notes and manuscript entires, and the final page is black except for a few words written in the corner. There is evidence that the seal of the Company has been removed from the bottom left corner.

Part Transcription: "Companhia geral de Pernambuco, e ParaÍba. No. [blakn]. Receberõ Provedor, e Deputados da Companhia geral de Pernambuco, e ParaÍba abaixo affinados de [blank] ... E por firmeza se lhe passou a a e sellada com o sello grande da Companhia, que eu [blank]."
