Early Portugese Government Loan for 1,000 francs

This loan has been printed on paper and filled in by hand in several sections. There are three sections to the loan certificate, with the loan details in the centre, and two columns of dividend coupons on the right side, and on the left side. There is an oval shaped stamp on the certificate in the centre, and two different embossed stamps at the top of the document. Three of the dividend coupns from the outside panel on the right side have been cut out. Several signatures are visible at the bottom of the loan certificate.

Part Transcription: "Obligation de Mille francs. No. [blank]. Série [blank]. Emprunt Royal de Portugal Quarante Millions de francs, a l'int de cinq pour cent l'an ... Les Titulaires de l'Emprunt, Banquiers de la Cour de Portugal. [blank]."
