This share certificate has been printed on watermarked paper, and filled in by hand in some sections. The main body of text has a thin decorative border around three sides, excluding the bottom. The first letter of the main body of text has been embellished almost in the style of illuminated manuscripts. The headpiece is an engraved seal depticting the Habsburg coat of arms.

Part Transcription: "Ce contract se vend à Anvers chez Jacques van Gaesbeeck, Imprinteur au cinq Coin vis à vis de Lombaerde-vest. Le soussigné promets & m'engage au moyen d'une Prime receüe, qui me demeurera irrevocablement, de livrer & transporter à Mr. [blank] ... Pour [blank] Actions à [blank] pour Cent à Option. Pour le [blank] 17[blank]."
