This bond has been printed on watermarked paper, and there is an embossed stamp in the upper right corner. Several sections have been filled out by hand, and there are signatures present near the bottom. The certificate is bordered by two parallel lines, and the left edge has been cut in a waved pattern along a decorative strip for security purposes. On the verso side, there is a note written by hand, and a French stamp in the upper left corner.

Part Transcription: "Fol. [blank] du Registre. No. [blank] l'Action. Banque Terriroriale, Établie sous la raison de Chavagnac et Comp.e Action [blank]. ... Vu par [blank] Directeur-général fondé de pouvoira du citoyeu Chavagnac. [blank] Administrateuv-régeun."
