This share certificate has been lithographed on paper, and it is incredibly decorative and detailed. There are illustrative scenes near the top that occur in the fields outside what appears to be a factory. The scene below the main body of text portrays the owner of the mine watching the workers in an underground mine. Decorations cover the areas without text, and the main body of text has been filled out by hand in some areas. There is a decorative stip along the left edge that has been cut in a waved line for security reasons. On the verso side, there are twelve blank coupons.

Part Transcription: "Sociedad Minera, Predilecta de la Amistad. Para la esplotacion de la mina Julia Adela, en el término de Montejo de la Sierra provincia de Madrid. ... El poseedor de esta làmina acepta en todas sus partes cuanto se dispone y ordena por el Regalmento de la sociedad. Lit. de J. Donon, Victoria 1, Madrid."
