Abstract
Fifty shares, at £1 each, engraved on watermarked paper. There is a decorative headpiece containing the name of the company and the acts it is incorporated under. The sidepiece along the left side is a decorative panel with the name of the company in the center of it. There are spaces in the main text that have been filled in by hand. Several signatures are visible, and there is an embossed seal bearing the name of the company.

Incorporated under the companies acts 1862 to 1890 This is to certify that David Lloyd George of [illegible],[illegible](member of parliament) is the registered proprietor of Fifty shares of one pound each numbered 7536 to 7585 both inclusive in the Welsh Patagonian gold fields syndicate, limited subject to the memorandum and articles of association of the said company, and that there has been paid in respect of each of such shares the sum of ten shillings. Given under the common seal of the said company the eighteenth day of April 1893
