Abstract
One Share in the Rancocus Toll-Bridge printed on watermarked paper. There is a embossed seal of the company on the left side of the certificate that depicts the toll bridge in the center of it. Sections of the document have been filled in by hand, and the verso side of the certificate has written on by hand.

Transcription:
No. 77 John Negus is entitled to one share in the stock of the president, managers, & company of Rancocus Toll-Bridge. Witness, the signatures of the president and treasurer, and the seal of the said corporation, the eighteenth day of February 1793. Countersigned by William Coxjune treasurer. Joshua M. Wallace president.
