Abstract
One share for one hundred dollars engraved on paper. There is a decorative linear border, and several sections of the main text have been filled in by hand. Several signatures are present near the bottom. There is an embossed seal for McCall's Ferry in the bottom left corner.

Transcription:
No. 385 One hundred dollars each share. These are to certify, that the common wealth of Pennsylvania is entitled to one share in the capital or joint stock of the companyy for erecting a permanent bridge over the river Susquehanna, at or near mcCall's ferry... transferable personally or by attorney, in the presence of the president or treasurer only. Sealed with the seal of the company, this tenth day of December 1814. Attest. Jonas Preston President Attorney Bailey Treasurer
