Transcription:
No. 204 It is certified that the commonwealth of Pennsylvania is entitled to one share of the stock of the president managers & company of the centre & Kishacoquillas turnpike road company, numbered two hundred & four Transferable in person or by attorney duly constituted, in the presence of the president or treasurer of the said company. Witness the seal of the said corporation the Twentieth day of November 1832
