A 100 loan raised in London for the Spanish royal textile works, printed on watermarked paper with several sections filled in by hand. This certificate has a decorative border around it, and a column of coupons along the right side, two of which have been cut out. There is an embossed seal portraying a coat of arms in the bottom at the center, and two signatures are visible near the bottom. The left column contains the loan certificate printed in Spanish, and the right column has a translation of the same certificate in English, the English section of the form has been filled in. A representative of both languages has signed the document.

Part Transcription: "Emprestito de la Real Compan͠ia de Guadalajara. Emprestito de  £600,000. No. [blank]  £100. Loan of  £600,000. No. [blank]  £100. ... N. B. La presente obligacion se renovarde diez an͠os. This bond will be exchanged ever ten years for a new one."
