This loan has been engraved in copper on parchment, and has a decorative rectangular border surrounding it. The headpiece is the coat of arms of the city of Florence, in the bottom left corner there is a paper seal of the city, and in the top left corner the coat of arms of the city has been stamped on. The loan has been filled in by hand in several places, and there are signatures visible in the bottom right corner. This loan has been made for "l'Ospedale di Santa Maria della Scala di Siena".

Part Transcription: "Noi Soprantendente, e Giudice delegato da S. A. R. Gran Duca di Toscana &c. sopra I Monti della Città di Firenze facciamo piena, ed indubitata fede a tutti quei che vedranno la present, come [blank] ... Data in Firenze nella nostra Residenza questo dì [blank]."
