This share has been printed on watermarked paper and filled out by hand in some sections. There is a coat of arms at the top in the center, and the Venetian Lion of St. Mark is near the bottom in the center. Along the left edge there is a decorative panel that has been left uncut, and there is an embossed stamp on the left side. Several signatures are visible.

Part Transcription: "Ducati 10, Ducati Dieci, Cedola. Del Banco giro di Venezia Che Sarà riceviita Come dinaro effettivo da tutte le Casse Regie e Pubbliche ... In Correlazione del proclama del primo Ottobre 1798. Per Ducati Dieci da £8 [blank]. No. [blank]."
